Tammy Cox, PharmD, BCACP, CPP
Director of Pharmacy Services
Tammy developed pharmacy services at Southwest Montana Community Health Center in 2001. These services have grown to include full retail pharmacies in Butte and Sheridan as well as a comprehensive clinical pharmacy program in our medical clinics in Butte and Dillon. Tammy also oversees all aspects of our federal drug discount program. She graduated from the University of Montana and is Board Certified in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy. She is a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner and a Clinical Associate Professor for the University of Montana School of Pharmacy. Tammy loves being able to teach patients more about their health conditions and corresponding medication therapies in order to help people live their best lives.
Tracy Neil, RPh
Tracy has been with CHC Pharmacy for 16 years and enjoys working for our Mission based organization. She graduated from the University of Montana School of Pharmacy in 1994. Tracy will always take the time you need to discuss all of your medication related questions and facilitate communication with your provider when needed. In her free time she likes to participate in outdoor activities with her kids, husband, family and friends.
Cerissa Sorensen, PharmD
Cerissa started working at CHC Pharmacy in 2001 as a college student aspiring to become a pharmacist. She also worked here as a pharmacy technician prior to being accepted into pharmacy school at the University of Montana. She graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2006 and is immunization certified. She has been working as a retail pharmacist for the past 12 years and rejoined CHC Pharmacy and SWMTCHC in 2014.
Jennie Horne, PharmD
Jennie graduated from the University of Montana in 2011 and has been working at CHC Pharmacy for the last 3 years. She is immunization certified and specializes in medication therapy management. She feels the most rewarding thing about working as a CHC pharmacist is building relationships with patients and helping keep the community healthy.
Lisa Olsen, PharmD
Lisa graduated from the University of Montana in 2005 and joined the CHC Pharmacy team on October 2017. Lisa invites you to make her part of your integral healthcare team. She is available when you have questions or need health care advice.
Kate McGree, PharmD, BCGP
Kate received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Montana in 2005. She worked as a community pharmacist for 11 years and is now a clinical pharmacist at SWMTCHC. She is Board Certified in Geriatric Pharmacy and will soon be a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner. Her practice interests include geriatrics, COPD/Asthma, Diabetes, Anticoagulation and Hepatitis C. She is also a Clinical Assistant Professor for the University of Montana School of Pharmacy.
Marcus Paske, PharmD, BCACP, CAA, CPP
Marcus received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Montana in 2012. He has worked as both a community pharmacist and clinical pharmacist for the past 6 years. He is Board Certified in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy and is a Certified Asthma Educator as well as a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner. His practice interests include Hypertension, Diabetes, COPD/Asthma, and Pain Management. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor for the University of Montana School of Pharmacy.
Jennifer Miranda, PharmD, BCACP
Jennifer graduated from the University of Montana in 2002 with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree. She is also Board Certified in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy and is excited to soon be credentialed as a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner. Jennifer precepts pharmacy students and is a Clinical Associate Professor for the University of Montana School of Pharmacy. Her practice interests include CHF, COPD/Asthma, Dyslipidemia, Hypertension and Diabetes. She loves Butte and is passionate about working closely with patients to improve their health.
